Bighorn Airways owns and operates a full-service Certified Repair Station approved by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  We offer full aircraft maintenance and repair services and are capable of maintaining fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters ranging from single-engine pistons to transport category turboprops and jets. Our aircraft maintenance team has played an integral role in sustaining the high level of standards to support the safety, reliability, and mission performance of our aircraft fleet as well as third-party customers' aircraft.

Technical expertise is highly valued at Bighorn Airways and contributes greatly to the reliability of our operation and our ability to deliver quality and value to our customers. The average experience level of our technicians is 16 years. Our highly experienced technical leadership have backgrounds including Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO), military, aircraft manufacturer, and airline 
operations.

The Bighorn Airways Service Center offers fixed-wing and helicopter maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications for a wide range of aircraft, fully integrated avionics solutions, and transient aircraft support for corporate aviation and airlines.

Through our strategic partnerships, we have the capability to design and perform approved modifications, repairs, and avionics installations that may not be available through the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Bighorn Airways is also an approved avionics dealer for the following avionics manufacturers; L-3, Garmin, Bendix/King, Genesis Aero Systems, Cobham, and Avidyne, Rockwell/Collins, and Universal Avionics (pending).
